Nothing is left to memory. Every room follows a precise list, ticked off on site. That is what makes the result consistent, visit after visit.
Kitchen
The room that sets the overall impression. We do it first, never in a rush.

Three options
Choosing the right one
Recurring upkeep is the most common: weekly, biweekly or monthly. The home never drops below a certain standard, and each visit is shorter than the last because there is less to catch up on.
A seasonal deep clean goes further: inside cupboards and the fridge, behind and under appliances, baseboards throughout, light fixtures. Many clients book one or two a year, in spring and before the holidays.
Move-out cleaning is done on an empty home, before handing over the keys or just after. It is the most thorough option, and the one tenants ask for when they want their deposit back.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave us a key or a lockbox code. We lock up on the way out and confirm everything is done.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you would rather we use your own products, whether fragrance-free, eco or surface-specific, that is no problem.
How often can I book?
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-off. For short-term rentals we work around your booking calendar, including same-day turnovers.
