How much does a cleaning service cost?
Price depends on size, frequency and condition. The quote is free and no-obligation: describe your space and you'll get a clear figure within 24 hours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave us a key or a lockbox code. We lock up on the way out and confirm everything is done.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you would rather we use your own products, whether fragrance-free, eco or surface-specific, that is no problem.
Short-term rentals and Airbnb
Do you handle Airbnb turnovers?
Yes, it's one of our specialties: linens, towels, restocking, styling and a photo check before guests arrive. We flag any damage or missing item immediately.
Can you do a same-day turnover between two stays?
Yes. With an 11 a.m. checkout and a 3 p.m. check-in, the window is tight but workable for a normal-sized unit. Send us your booking calendar and we block the slot in advance.
Do you provide the linens and towels?
We wash and swap what you keep on site. Most hosts keep two or three sets per bed, which lets us turn the unit over without waiting on a dryer. If you only have one set, tell us and we adjust the schedule.
What happens if a guest damaged something?
We message you right away, with photos, before the turnover is even finished. That gives you the evidence you need for a platform claim, which has to be filed quickly.
Do you handle restocking consumables?
Yes: toilet paper, soap, bin bags, coffee, paper towels. You leave the stock on site, we track the level and warn you before it runs out.
Residential cleaning
How often can I book?
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-off. For short-term rentals we work around your booking calendar, including same-day turnovers.
Commercial cleaning
Can you come outside business hours?
Yes, that is how most of our commercial contracts run: early morning before opening, or evenings after closing. The schedule is fixed and agreed in advance.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, no problem. It is common for clinics and professional offices, and we sign before the first visit.
Post-construction
How many visits does a post-construction clean take?
Two, in most cases. The first pass removes the bulk of the debris, then the fine dust still in the air settles over the next 24 to 48 hours. The second pass gives the deliverable finish.
