How much does a cleaning service cost?
Price depends on size, frequency and condition. The quote is free and no-obligation: describe your space and you'll get a clear figure within 24 hours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave us a key or a lockbox code. We lock up on the way out and confirm everything is done.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you would rather we use your own products, whether fragrance-free, eco or surface-specific, that is no problem.
Short-term rentals and Airbnb
How often can I book?
We follow your booking calendar: one turnover after every checkout, seven days a week, including same-day turnovers between two stays.
Do you handle Airbnb turnovers?
Yes, it's one of our specialties: linens, towels, restocking, styling and a photo check before guests arrive. We flag any damage or missing item immediately.
Can you do a same-day turnover between two stays?
Yes. With an 11 a.m. checkout and a 3 p.m. check-in, the window is tight but workable for a normal-sized unit. Send us your booking calendar and we block the slot in advance.
Do you provide the linens and towels?
We wash and swap what you keep on site. Most hosts keep two or three sets per bed, which lets us turn the unit over without waiting on a dryer. If you only have one set, tell us and we adjust the schedule.
What happens if a guest damaged something?
We message you right away, with photos, before the turnover is even finished. That gives you the evidence you need for a platform claim, which has to be filed quickly.
Do you handle restocking consumables?
Yes: toilet paper, soap, bin bags, coffee, paper towels. You leave the stock on site, we track the level and warn you before it runs out.
Commercial cleaning
Can you come outside business hours?
Yes, that is how most of our commercial contracts run: early morning before opening, or evenings after closing. The schedule is fixed and agreed in advance.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, no problem. It is common for clinics and professional offices, and we sign before the first visit.
Post-construction
How long does a post-construction clean take?
It depends on the size and the condition of the site. With a few photos, the square footage and the type of work, we give you an estimated duration along with the quote, within 24 hours.
Do you remove construction debris?
We take care of light residue: dust, small installation leftovers, tape, protective film and stickers. Removal of heavy debris (drywall, timber or tile offcuts, surplus materials, dumpsters) is best planned before we arrive. The contractor usually has it arranged already, and we schedule our visit right after.
Do you handle renovations as well as new builds?
Yes. A redone kitchen creates as much fine dust as a new house, just in less space. We come in after a single-room renovation just as readily as for the handover of a new condo or a refitted commercial unit, in Quebec City, Lévis and on the South Shore.
I am a contractor, how does working together go?
Simply: you give us the handover date and an on-site contact, and we handle the rest. We can slot in between two trades if your schedule needs it, and you get photos of any damage found before the keys are handed over.
Can you come just before the keys are handed over?
Yes, that is often the best time. We book our visit for the day before or the morning of the handover, so the buyer, the tenant or the client walks into a clean space ready to move into.
