Quebec City is our home base. Our teams move daily between Sainte-Foy, Limoilou, Saint-Roch and Old Quebec, which is what lets us offer tight time slots and, for short-term rentals, same-day turnovers.
The older buildings of Old Quebec and Saint-Jean-Baptiste come with their own constraints: narrow staircases, no elevator, limited parking. We account for them in the quote rather than discovering them on site.
In Lévis, demand leans more towards recurring residential upkeep and small commercial spaces. We cover every sector, from Saint-Nicolas to Pintendre by way of Saint-Romuald and Charny.
The bridge and the ferry make no difference to our pricing: a home in Lévis is billed at the same rate as an equivalent home in Quebec City. Travel is already included in the price we quote.
